I used to have one of these when I was a kid (like 5yo) in the 90's! I had no idea how to play it, and used to record "songs" on it over a cassette tape recorder. I think my parents still have some of the tapes in storage. You make it sound a bit better than my completely random strumming and fretting did haha. Thanks for the nostalgia and incredible playing!

@@frenchfrysz6695 They are weird to play. You have to get the string tension feeling right. Each strings signal is transmitted through vibration sensors where they meet the bridge, and they are all same gauge nylon strings. At least on the originals. I think.

for anyone wondering how he was playing 3 parts at once, he was using what's called a "looping pedal". this allows him to play a part and repeat it as many times as he wants while playing other parts on top if it. this is really cool because it means he can stack multiple parts live, without any cuts or editing! hope i could help :)

This CASIO toy instrument is now a relic. I remember when it came out. It was sold more as a toy rather then instrument, just like other CASIO piano keyboards.

$89 actually, from a pawn shop in Idaho. I should've snagged it. That and the Gibson....S1? It's not a SG. Not a very well-known model. Looks like a Les Paul body with an SG headstock if I remember right. The pickups were rusted, as in literal rust had gathered on the pickups. So I never bought strictly because of that.

Guitarist make fun of it because its unfamiliar and plays differently from a normal guitar. So when they try it and discover they cant get the same sounds they get from a normal guitar with the same methods, they immediately start criticising

I live for this, literally the melodies he plays just brings me peace and an escape. Don’t wanna be a negative individual but I don’t really find happiness in nothing. No interest in nothing, I feel like my life is going no where. I listen to these and get high and it brings me peace. These are therapeutic, I’m so glad.
