Ford is making it almost impossible for the working class to buy their vehicles. Besides canceling the Fusion and Edge was a big mistake.
Agreed, event out the door on a base Bronco, after the dust settles, you are looking at near $40k. Topped out Badlands can be over $65k. That said, Ford wanted to be super competitive out the gate, and likely set prices lower to grab market share before they cared about profit , now it's catching up time
Bronco is a toy, they weren't built to be cheap. If you want cheap go buy a Nissan or Mitsubishi !

I make $33/hour and probably couldn’t afford a car like this anymore. Literally insane. I’ve wanted a bronco for so long but I can’t afford to pay luxury prices for a Ford. Why does every car company think they’re luxurious now? They cut quality yet raise prices!

Steady raising prices and quality dropping just as quickly
I had such high hopes for the Bronco when first announced, but I quickly lost interest with all the problems. But IMO, this channel was the best at keeping people informed with straight up info through the whole mess.
New improved pricing but not new and improved quality control. All these games Ford and the dealers have played is just pushing me to buy a 2024 Tacoma.
$67K for a Bronco, no tanks, I love Ford and bleed Blue blood but today's vehicles are too expensive. Less than 3% of people buy with 100% cash, the 97% of customers finance, with an average transaction price of $49,507. The average monthly vehicle payment now is $644 for a new vehicle, a used vehicle is now $488. This is ridiculous and out of control.

Walked out of several stealerships when I told them I’m not paying over MSRP. Apparently they either don’t hear me or sales are down because they keep calling me to come back. Supply and demand (demand being the key word here) will work itself out once the downslide in the economy and higher interest rates really catch traction. Look at the housing market now. Cars to follow.
Really wanna get a bronco but with the problems they having and ridiculous prices from the dealer. 😔

Prices in addition to rising interest rates makes it extremely difficult to afford a Bronco or nearly any other vehicle now. Four years ago I could easily afford to buy. But now, with the cost of everyday items, there's no way!
You’re right. That’s why I’m considering Toyota hybrid vehicles to offset extra interest cost with fuel savings.
I'm hoping in causes of glut of inventory towards the end of the year. I have about five 4x4 trucks I'm looking at so I don't get fixated on one model being marked up manufacturer/dealer.

I’m so glad to have gotten my bronco when I did. Second week of scheduling for 23MY I got scheduled for the week of 12/5. I was also lucky enough to get the subwoofer in my base model which was short lived add on for 23MY. I got a 2 door base Sasquatch, v6 and with my price protection I paid slightly over $40k. I’m very happy it didn’t get pushed so have to deal with all the crap that’s happening now. It’s crazy that ford hasn’t figured out how to crank out these broncos yet.

I just looked at their website and a base 2 door with hardtop and no other options is over $36,000 now. Absolutely disgusting.

Wow sick video Mitchell! I love these. They also give me ideas for my Bronco. The light bar is awesome and I had a concern about the aerodynamics myself. Question. Do you need the roof rack for that same light bar mount? I do not have one and am not planning to add one. I was not able to tell during the video exactly where it was attached.
Ford is pricing itself out of existence. What they are charging for my equipped 2020 F150 is 15 grand more today - I am planning on switching to a Tacoma or Tundra when I sell my Ford. Their greed and mediocre service will catch up on that. I am guessing before the end of this year things will get worse for them.
Yes so true. Have a 2019 lariat f150 diesel I get 28-30 mpg but ford discontinued it in favor of hybrid that is lucky to get 24 at best . Ford is getting old sold this year by Chevy for the first time in a while. You can get a high country for the price of a xlt ford
I’m doing the same thing even tho I get ford family pricing because of a family member. My 2021 f150 optioned the same way today is 60-62k from 53k back in 2021. I can’t even get an explorer without paying stupid money and I stopped looking at broncos due to pricing too. Once my lease ends I’m going to another manufacturer at this point

The Bronco Raptor MSRP is 75k….these dealerships are getting out of control
It's very frustrating. I liked a couple of used broncos in my AZ area and all the used broncos are at minimal 7k higher then the retail MSRP after the addons were added. So this one was 38k, then with addons came to 42K. The dealership marked it for 56k. Like really? I know that isn't a ford thing per-say, but still everyone seems to be raising the prices of these vehicles. Looks like I will just stay in my durango until electric cars get better in the next 7-10 years. Oh and what sucks even more is a couple of dealerships marked their used ones almost 20k over the original msrp and drop it down over time. So it started off at 60k. Then went to 55k, 50k, 46k and now back up to 49k. MSRP is at 41k........... There is a reason why a lot of these dealerships in my area have 2 out of 5 star ratings on a couple of websites.
Some bead lock wheels are absolutely DOT approved, but even then a bead lock is only illegal on the street if the state specifically specifies so.
@town and country TV can you do a video regarding the smart Vincent private offers and give some clarity on original price protection, 2033 price increase supplement protection, and $2500 offer for removing commodity constraints? I love seeing the custom Bronco videos but this would be very helpful when people go to their local dealers to pick up their own Broncos. Thanks for your consideration!
Are you kidding me? It was already over priced from the start ,who’s gonna spend $70,000 for something to take out in the weeds and beat up, there was one here in Arizona and they wanted $69,000 for it, when I did the research on what it had from the base model , it was 42,000
I really wanted a Bronco Badlands but not anymore. The wait is ridiculous and the overpricing at some of the Ford dealers is a joke. Now they wanna do a price increase. Ha. Good luck with that.

I was completely sold on the Bronco. Then years of waiting, Bronco Sport and huge mark ups, I gave up.
It could have been a phenomenon, instead it's just a source of frustration to people. Huge mistake Ford.

My dad retired from Ford so he had to have one last year. He traded a paid off '17 F150 an owed around 30k after the dust settled. After 10 months he was tired of the quality degradation. 14k miles & 2 recalls later, boasting sad interior, a 4 Cyl.turbo, with cheaply made dash/ door components, & the well known prone-to-fail front ISP linkage system all made it feel like to him that he owned a Lemon. He traded back to F150 2 months ago & hasn't looked back. 63k for a sub-par Badlands "offroad" package was sad, but now it's even worse!

Guys I just took delivery on a well optioned out Big Bend with a lot of extras to get it finally built. With rebates in was in the 45K range. It’s not bad compared to most new vehicles. The trick is finding a dealer that will sell a bronco at MSRP. Mine does. Don’t even bother talking about Fords increases. I have seen dealers add 20K to MSRP

my $58k sticker Badlands I paid $52k for after $1000 below invoice deal and price protection last summer now sells for over $62k. At this rate it'll be worth what I paid for it when its paid off.
I'm trying to buy a goddamn bronco, but Ford is making it as difficult as possible to afford one.
Because ford makes mind blowing vehicles for wealthy people, and everyone else gets a rolling humiliation box like a Focus or an Escape. Completely two tiered market (and society)
Ford: "We know that dealers are dramatically gouging prices. So, to combat that, we're going to dramatically gouge prices!" I was sold on this over a Jeep, but with all the BS that is still surround these, Im changing my mind 🤦 I still appreciate your videos though. I respect a dealer that KNOWS their product.
Ford isn’t interested in selling vehicles, it’s all about that lease. Their Canadian website doesn’t even list the cash price anymore, you can only pick from lease and finance.

When demand is still outstripping supply in the 3rd year, price increases are no surprise. People will continue to buy regardless. Ford is basically printing money with the Bronco. The biggest problem is Ford seems to be at full capacity for all of their best sellers. They've lost billions because they can't deliver.

Did Ford remove the front locking differential and sway bar disconnect? I cannot find it on the revamped ford website for the badlands edition. The badlands used to include those aspects but not anymore. Can someone clarify?
Never mind. I found where it is listed - with the standard package for the badlands. Only the rear locker came up in the vehicle summary.
At what size tire do you guys install the reinforcement bracket?
If you are talking about the Tailgate Reinforcement, we recommend it anytime you run larger than a 35" tire. I've seen some people run a 37" back there without the support, but I'd rather be safe than sorry.

What brand is that winch plate that sits on the factory metal bumper? Is it something you can buy aftermarket?
Yes. It is a ford performance winch. You can buy it from any ford dealer!
@@TCcustoms_ thanks I’ll keep looking so far all I can find is the whole kit, winch and winch plate for $2400 to $3500 depending on who you go through but I just want the winch plate and not the winch… again thanks and keep the great Bronco vids coming :)
by far the best color wheels and suspension setup I've seen yet. I have a badlands Cactus Gray and now rethinking my wheel suspension setup based just on the way this thing looks. NICE!
wish they made the bronco for off road and geared towards hunters and anglers as well. wish it got more mpg and range out of it

Hutchinson makes DOT approved beadlocks, they are also true beadlocks not just one bead.
I mean they really can’t keep up with orders. So making them super expensive makes sense because then maybe it will slow interest. Not all are being bought by people who can afford them anyway

Yep. But we now live in two-tiered society. Rich and slave. There is no middle class to swing the market. Companies can just cater to the wealthy class and completely ignore the poors. I have the Icon Rebound Pros and I'm not impressed. I was aired down to 10 psi and kept burping air out when I pinched a tire on a rock. Not good

The dealerships wonder why they can't sell anyting a bronco that normally would have cost you $65,000 probably cost you $80,000 now. And I bet you they only cost like $40,000 -$50,000 to make
This is sad. I wanted to buy the Raptor. When it first went on sale it was over $68,000 now its over 80,000. Now they are cutting back on options so they can build the customer's car quicker yet still raising prices. It's a good thing I have other options to look such as Nissan, Jeeps, Hyundai, and KIA. Ironic that Ford is telling the dealers to not raise the MSRP on their vehicles but prices are still sky rocketing.

Ford needs to stop raising prices. The tie rods unless fixed need to be to be changed out to better stronger tie rods for off roading. Unless TC customs is around you forget all the customizing. I love the bigger tires and lift. I just feel for hunters and ect Ford should make this for off roading and for outdoorsmen and women. With all the weight the bronco is carrying around Ford should have options to increase its fuel economy and range. Because 16 mpg just doesnt cut it and I dont care how cool the vehicle looks. If your traveling and even taken it on trips and off road even for days you dont want to worry about gas.

I went the opposite route...
I’ve had over 67 new (not counting used) vehicles in my life. Everything from an 86 CJ7 Laredo to a 911S Turbo...I’ve always been fond of Jeeps...I’ve had 3 Wrangler unlimited Rubicons and 3 Rubicon Gladiators in the last 6 yrs. My Broncos drive better than ANY JEEP I’ve ever owned! They want $67k for a 4 Dr. Rubicon Wrangler, I paid $68 for my Everglades and $58 for my 2 Dr. Wildtrak w/Sasquatch...at least I can sell my Broncos if I ever decide to and not lose my rear-end. It was all I could do to move this last Gladiator! I’m done with Jeep!
They don’t care, there’s another 50 guys willing to pay anything for what they want. The buyers are just as much a problem as Ford

I have driven my trusty Toyota for 92,000 miles. My friend has 300k on his four runner. Ford is the reason I drive a Toyota. My Ford Ranger went through two transmissions.
Lots of Haters. I guess Ford can not raise prices due to ridicules inflation like every other manufactured item we buy that has seen unreal increases.. I have 22,000 miles on my 21 Bronco Badlands and 11,000 on our 22 Badlands and they have been the best vehicle I have ever had! Could not be more happy! no problems here! Fyi Adaptive cruise dose in fact work with the lux package and a factory installed winch, use mine every day!
