Bro , i think you went in Ramadan month . Time of your v log is sunset which is Fasting break time so everyone is eating or resting indoors .
You might see this in Dubai / malaysia at this time too

There are also plenty of Catholic Albanians in Ulcinj and Bar... In Montenegro, there are the most Montenegrins. Serbs are a political category and they are in the minority, they are the result of 150 years of Serbian propaganda and interference in internal affairs in Montenegro, and it is practically a process of assimilation .
