Just a few pointers: all the language used to describe these is French, not Chinese. Famille is family in French. Verte is pronounced Ver and literally means green in French, etc etc, Blanc de Chine means Chinese White or White China. The ”Black Family” is not Norie, bit Famille Noire, just like in Film Noire, pronounced Nwar. ”Clobbered” is an English term, ( wasn’t familar with that, thank you.) Stilts are little porcelaine X-supports that allows a piece to be totally covered in glaze also the foot. Kiln grit occurs when the ”shelves” of a kiln leave marks, a sandy grit or spots of discoloration on the foot, sometimes also specks in the bottom glaze of a piece. And is in fakes often manufactured and put there on purpose to make the piece seem older than it is.

It's led me to already finding out one is 20th c. but the other one I still haven't found for sure. I don't think your plate is Rose Medallion. Medallion is the term for the panels being in sections, nothing to do with the roses painted. That's about all I know.
Your Family Rose example is in fact a Qianlong period,mid 1700's, export China Chinese Imari plate! Your yellow bowl is not a yellow family piece but a Canton yellow ground piece...In order for a piece to belong to a family it needs to have certain characteristics,for example Green family colour palette is Green,blue,orange,black,rarely turquoise! Red or pink are forbidden,not even a single petal of a flower can be pink or red on a green family piece! If there is then it is a family rose piece which in French means red family! Pronunciation too was all wrong! Joining expert groups on Facebook would help...You are welcomed to join Addicted to Kaolin whenever you want...nice try!!!

Yes, I’d describe Imari ss a brick red and cobalt blue mainly with a resemblance to oriental carpets, often more chunky ornaments.
Imari- Persia ( Iran) had strong connections/influences, makes it easier to remember as Persian Carpets are another area of expertise in antiques.
