Ingredients and preparation:
500g of cottage cheese.
1 cup (200 ml) sour cream.
1/2 cup (100 ml) sugar.
1/2 teaspoon of salt.
1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar.
5 eggs.
4 tablespoons of semolina.
1 teaspoon of baking powder.
buttered baking dish.
bake at 180C (350F) for 40-45 minutes.
