Z: 1, 2, 3. lol. It's all good. I enjoy it all. I like it when you play with guys like Tim a lot because I think being funny and having a good time with friends like that is kinda peak content. But there is a different element to competitive, and its also really fun watching you solo. I'm so tired of just rebirth content too, I love that you mix it up with big map.

You only need 1g protein per lb of body weight and thereâs no way youâre pushing 200lbs..
Maybe if youâre older you need the extra protein; but Iâm curious what your programming is.
Are you building the compound lifts or are you just getting tired.
Because if itâs just getting tired, definitely donât bother with all the protein except maybe for other reasons like doing a carnivore diet. Iâd recommend keto and more fat but thatâs just me.
But if you are building strength and getting your squat and deadlift up; 1g per lb, start taking creatine or ur a silly goose, and eat at (roughly) 4000 calories a day.
The challenge doesnât even end up being protein, itâs the sheer amount of calories require to grow such dense muscle tissue.
end of rant; i just find people wanna tone aroujd the edges with machines when they can get strong with a barbell and a bit more thought. I recommend Starting Strength as a program.
