But if you see Suhani's other clips, you can see her doing the same kind of tricks easily with very little clues that often goes unnoticed by us untrained human beings.

It's a duplicate thumb with a pencil lid attached.... Infact you just watch suhani's thumb which is behind the paper.. When the lady said the time.. She repeat that and took 3 4 seconds to write that with her thumb.. You can clearly see her thumb moving..
