Perfect tip about those Tower28 blushes! I was disheartened when I couldn't get them to work applying with my fingers but it makes perfect sense that it was binding to my warm fingers. I will give a BB or brush a go. You are a makeup savant! And I completely agree about their actionable turnaround regarding inclusivity. I was so happy to see them internalize that feedback.
Yes, give the brush a try! Brushes are generally my preferred method of application anyway :)

Lovely video; very informative. I just watched during my lunch break. Do you have recommendations for small eye brushes for detail work such as applying eyeliner or smudging? I have hooded Asian eyes, and have tried Mac brushes, but they don’t work great and can feel a bit stiff/scratchy on the lids. Thank you.

Great advice! I always get my la mer moisturizer during the sale as it is very expensive. I usually slowly put things in my cart and revise it as I see things I am interested in. I could put 20 blushes in my cart so I have to watch it. I leave things in my cart a day or two to make sure I want it. I also try to go into the store and try things that I am interested in before I buy them.

I like the Westman Atelier blends more seamlessly than the Merit.. 💕
A great formula as well -- very different from the Merit formula for sure. Merit is super dewy and works best with a brush for me!

I have tried last year it in LM14 (my foundation shade) and I found it too dark so I ended up returning it. I'm considering picking it up in LM11 during this sale -- will keep you posted if I do!

To be honest, I almost only use liquid highlighters like CT Hollywood Flawless Filter or Auric's Glow Lust. I find them to be the most skin-like!

Ugh the lip liner has been sold out everywhere! Dior is longer-lasting than Haus Labs on me, yes, because it's not as shiny.

I haven't tried the Melt ones, but of the ones you mentioned I think Tower 28 and Fenty last longest on me! Tower 28 is dewier and Fenty is more skin-like.
