I have seen a lots of vdo about knock knee I think above 60 but I found that your explanation is excellent also exercise.. I have been exercising for more than 1 year.. And i have corrected my knock knees 90% . Here's why it's possible that I honestly do it every single day. Even I use daily knee pillow.

Please visit your nearest NCC Airwing Unit to findout the school where they have seat for a new cadet.

Can i join army
In order to join NCC you need to have perfect eye sight. Check with doctor and eye sight can be corrected.

Ma'am mujhe btaiye ki exam m kaise question ate hai... Becoz hand book m A, B,C teeno certificate ke liye hai to preretion ke liye kya kare...
