This is great! Wholeheartedly agree! #2 was a true eye opener. I had way more than I needed and repurposing storage systems and containers was a fun exercise!
Thanks Lynn! With the story I told, it really was incredible how as we worked we kept realizing we needed to order fewer and fewer boxes. In the end, we only ordered file boxes - no storage boxes! I never would have guessed it.

What an amazing synchronicity!! I hadn't watched your channel in a while (sorry 😔 other things had caught my attention...) and after having watched a video by the Minimal Mom here on YT about organising papers I wrote a comment where I mentioned you and how you taught me a few years ago, through one of your videos, how to not wait until you have the pretty folders or the label maker to organise your papers. That really hit home with me and I followed your advice using just pen and simple paper to make my labels. All these years later, I still have those labels on my binders and they work perfectly fine 👍 I never got the label maker I thought I needed 😊
After having written that comment I got inspired to hop over to your channel and the video I chose to watch, even though it's not your latest one and it's 2 years old, was this one where you , in your #2, say something very similar to what I wrote in that comment 😎 Love that! And thank you for inspiring me to not procrastinate simply because I didn't have the "perfect" tools ❤️
P.S. In my case the most difficult part of decluttering actually *is* taking it somewhere because I don't have a car. I live in a small town in France with good public transport but it's still public transport and, where I live, the thrift stores/2nd hand stores are mostly outside of the town centres which means having to combine various transports...
