Congrats on your opening brother! I'll be celebrating 3 years since I opened my store here in Tulsa, Oil Capital Vinyl, coming up next month. It's been quite a ride so far. I use similar bins which I built myself, each from a single sheet of 3/4" MDF, from plans I found online. I like them much better than bigger bins, because their size makes them easy to move for cleaning or a quick reconfiguration of the layout in my store. Nice choice too on the Labend shelves. I use those at home (I painted mine gold) and I've sold several sets here in my store. I use some clear L shaped single record shelves at my store, only because I saw them earlier. Nice space you have there too! Good luck with everything.

Great! There's a parking lot for 3 businesses (first come first serve but ideally try to park in front of my store) and then lots of neighborhood parking behind it/across the street
Just came in today and got the Gil Scott-Heron record! Can’t believe you had it along with so much other good stuff. The shop is great and smells great too! Smell is a big deal, I went to a shop the other day that smelled awful and it killed the whole vibe lol

Lookin' a little barren in there. "Never Enough Records" might have been a better name, considering! Jokes aside, as someone who opened a record store once, I know how painful and expensive it is to get stock when you first open. My best advice is to just keep grinding. You'll get to where you want to be. Best of luck to you!
As soon as I get the all clear next month from my cancer docs, I'm planning a Sacramento --> Portland trip to pay a visit. Can't wait! I'll be sure to bring some trade ins.
