- As requested. Decided to enable flames to make it more obvious where squeezes occurred. This will be the last video of Helga for a while. The end of the video contains each squeeze in slow motion.
This isn't optimal. Without changing the path I am missing up to 400 points on the sixth activation. Redoing this would be painful though and I suspect there may be a better path anyways. I didn't spot any other potential improvements. Starpower path was done by Blue with some modifications from me.
New bits about Helga:
• Helga is now aware of star power in the song and will try to not overlap without being told to.
• Helga will no longer whammy every note like a maniac that's out of control
• Helga will shape the whammy into sawtooth, square, and a couple other types of waves.
• Helga releases pressed frets after a while
• Helga will anchor notes under certain conditions. - Hry

Marki Clyne there are other factors involved in getting "the highest score possible" like whammying and proper star power placement
Marki Clyne the point of this entire bot and the demonstration is that it’s using star power and hitting the first/last notes during it at mathematically the most optimal way to get the absolute highest score possible while factoring in things such as where notes that give star power are and to carefully not use star power over them (which turns them into normal notes) while still using it at the sections that all have the most notes

Will you do extended sustains plugin for GH3+ next?
I plan on doing an overhaul of GH3+ next. One of the biggest problems right now is that plugins can't communicate with eachother and loading new textures isn't possible from within the plugin itself.
I'd also like to be able to hack in a debug console into the game if possible.
So the next GH3+ update will not come out the next few months?

What are your thoughts on clone hero? I feel like it would be quite disheartening since you've put so much work into GH3+ and have pretty much had it made redundant now that everyone has moved on to clone hero, but have you thought of doing something like this with clone hero? Since they can overlap star power phrases it would change the pathing dramatically. Aside from the high score stuff, I'm really interested to hear your thoughts on Clone Hero as a whole and how you feel about the move over from GH to CH.
What's up with flames from yellow notes being all weird? Sometimes they don't appear at all and sometimes they're smaller. this happens even on chords.
I noticed that as well. It's particularly odd because the flames script is basically identical except the "Wait" cfunc had its "frames" parameter replaced with "milliseconds". The bug itself probably lies in Guitar Hero III somewhere but I can't think of a reason why the yellow flames alone would be evicted before any others.

Strums are effectively ignored on tap/hopo notes so she doesn't strum them unless she has to.

I have a question. My starpower in the game ends early. If I have the 6 light bulbs filled, the bigger 3 instantly vanish while the smaller 3 are used like normal.

wouldn't it be cool if you made something on gh, so that you don't need to go all the way back to the menu to switch setlists? pov:right and pov:left are free when you are in gh quickplay. maybe you could use that to switch between setlist pages.

Helga can do anything I make her do. With that said I'm not really interested in the 200ms glitch since it seems like an annoying exploit that wouldn't be fun to watch.
