Tip # 11 always look underneath car for frame /rust damage and especially oil leaks. The underside will tell you a lot about the way the car was treated and maintained. Oil leaks can get very costly during recon.
Thank you for the effort in changing the image of used car dealers and for opening our eyes on small things that we could have missed or never knew about. Cheers
Tip #7 is so true. I bought a Manual G37 Coupe( that’s what my niche market is) from a independent and it had a really weak cold start and hesitation when accelerating. Fast forward come to find out the previous dealer did a transmission swap but used a Automatic engine harness although it needed a manual one. So true, independent dealer will try to get over on you!
You sir should be commended!! This is by far the best video I’ve ever seen for beginning car dealers. Everything mentioned I’ve learned on my own the past 4 years and wish I’d had this advice when I started. Thank you!!
The best thing on your videos you go straight to the point not like others, they keep talking for hours with out saying anything because they are selfish. Thanks for your help and please can you make the necessary documents when you run a car dealership and specially when you sell a car to a costumer, what are the documents need to be signed by the buyer in order to cover your self? Thanks
Much love to you, Boss. You are the coolest automotive dealer I have ever encountered. Your inspiration reaches everyone eager to enter this industry. I aspire to open a dealership in Georgia and attending your training class in person would be fantastic. You are a humble and generous individual, willingly sharing your knowledge with the public free of charge.

Awesome video Lucky. Congrats on the studio. I worked at a Franchise Chevy/Olds (just before GM closed the Oldsmobile line so 2004)/Geo store. Kids of the owner running the show. I'd turn 10-22 vehicles a month in a little store. I was happy yet the EGO's.. OMG! At least I maintained good relations with them. They are still in business, and have mellowed after their 2nd marriages.
This was such a great help I really really appreciate this information even though it is one year old is still continuing to help a lot of people I am sure

Great informative video Lucky! Tried finding the app you mentioned. Can’t find one called “Laser appraiser” is that the actual name of the app you recommend? Congratulations on your growth to 96k subscribers since this video when you were celebrating 20k. Thank you in advance!
Do you have a video for what are the first things to do if you just got your license approved? Like software? Do we need it if we are starting slow (3-5 cars)…
Very informative, I highly appreciate your advise. I wonder if you can tell us from your experience, how you found your car dealership lot and how the process was and if realtor can be in any help as I found very little commercial lots that fit the zoning for rent online. Thanks,
If you go through my videos I explain how I picked up my places the reasons why behind it and also the reasons why you want to get a store front lot compared to a warehouse lot
Unfortunately everything runs through the auction house where you bought the car so when you purchase it all you Gotta do is go up to the front desk and tell him that you want to post sales inspection on whatever vehicle that you bought and they’ll do it for you

Vegas we don’t have rust. But I did go to Minnesota and cars less then 2yrs old where rusted out lol
Here in Canada, rust and frame are a hidden profit killer.
