Would never have guessed that Jay was going through such a difficult time with his mental well-being😞💔 just goes to show that you never know what someone’s going through. In the small snippets of your life we get to see he always seems in such high spirits! Well done to him for reaching out for help, sometimes that’s the most difficult step💗

I had no idea about what happened with jay and his family. I'm so glad he's doing better. I've suffered from mental health issues and anxiety for years and years and never had much help so it's great to know he's getting that help

Pops I use the olaplex shampoo and conditioner and saw a huge difference with my hair growth. Although I haven’t gone through the hair loss after having a baby yet so I’m not sure if it’s good for that🙃 your hair looks unreal though. Suits you so much dark and shorter😍

My daughter started teething at 2 months and it was so difficult I started rubbing her gums with the baby milk teeth toothpaste and just rubbing them with that seemed to soothe her a little more if you haven’t already tried it, it may help 🥰 mum of 2 under 2 here so I understand the daily struggles, you are doing a great job 💞

Hiya I would recommend aloe Vera jel from Superdrug has to be 100% and your hair will grow like wild fire 🔥
I had the exact hair issues, having babies is amazing but it come with it’s pitfalls a good hairdresser will give you the best advice because so many women loose hair post partum

Mielle rosemary oil works WONDERS! Pop it on your scalp for a couple of hours before washing. Few months and you’ll notice a huge difference! 🤍
