Is the tower 28 better than the kulfi?
I'm asian and no matter what I do. My underlying darkness always comes through....... as the day wears on it looks like I've not concealed them. Please help
I use. Colour corrector
About 3 different concealers with time to set in between. Then setting powder and then face powder.
