It's true. God is still giving new hearts and changing everything. In 2016 I went to rehab for drug addiction. I knew in my heart if God didn't act I'd leave the same way I went in. A sinner under slavery to sin. Praise God for his mercy and grace in the heart of this undeserving sinner. Jesus lives in me,and has changed all my desires. I love him now and hate sin, maranatha brother's and sister's

There's a Herbster toy truck! Love it. God a diecast version as well? Come on, man! We really want one.
Very convicting, winsome and face in the carpet study. Repentance has been the thing the Lord of glory and utter perfection has been bringing to my attention recently. So much depends on this extradinarly important practice, this very neglected doctrine. I'm so grateful my God is so loving me as to reveal my lack seeking His mighty forgiveness through His Son's precious blood. Praise His Holy Name above all names - He is merciful. Thanks once again guys.
Gonna get to Texas one day....

Soo l had a Radical change in 2019. Total supernatural experience. I was one of those people who was told as a child in church to say a Prayer and confess Christ and you are Heaven bound. There was never a Change. I wasn't really even searching for God when the New Birth occurred because l foolishly thought l was good to go. I told everyone what happened to me. I was led to the IFB and they teach none of this. They never talk about the New Birth, sanctification or any internal changes. In fact they hate Calvinism/ Reformed Theology. And say they are all Hellbound. I was reading the verses while they were explaining them away. They denied Romans 9 completely, saying that God looked thru the corridors of time and then saw who picked Him. Taking it off God and putting it back onto Man. But l knew what happened to me....and it didn't match. I kept asking God to show me what really happened. John 1:13 started my journey. Answered my question. "Born not of flesh, nor of the will of man...." There was my answer. I knew that it was a Supernatural miracle. Once you see it....you can't un-see it. I'm Soo happy to see this truth being taught. What's shocking is the Hatred for Biblical Truth, from whole churches who profess Christ. That's the hardest part for me. God Bless you for Preaching truth. The ones who demand a simple confession are actually deceiving millions. 📜🔥

Called upon Jesus and was saved.
It was the absolute best moments of my life. Never in my life have I ever experienced such extravagant love pouring into my heart, for weeks!! I couldn't believe that he had saved ME. Soooo good is out God ❤

I will pray for you, the truth of salvation is faith in Jesus Christ alone. If he is your savior and you know you cannot make yourself right and acceptable to God without Jesus Christ's death and ressurection as a sacrifice for your sins then you have salvation through Jesus Christ. The world right now is revealing the evil driven by Satan and is meant to cause division and strife and pain. Your discouragement is what all of us feel at times in this present world. But know that your savior Jesus Christ has overcome the world and because of him you can have everlasting life and salvation.

Sorry to hear you’re discouraged and will pray that your spirit is refreshed. Just opened an email after reading your request and it was so encouraging that I thought I must share with you. It is by Dr. Charles Stanley
      Ecclesiastes 1
As times passes, we’ll inevitably begin to experience more physical aches and pains. But disappointments can leave us feeling old in spirit at any age. In today’s passage, we find a disheartened Solomon bemoaning how meaningless his existence has become. The king who was once unsurpassed in wisdom has tragically allowed worldly ideals and pursuits to distort his priorities. And as a result, he’s become dissatisfied with life.
What Solomon didn’t realize is that our focus determines our level of satisfaction. Those who stay young in spirit continually look for evidence of the Almighty-ways that He’s working, providing, loving, and guiding. Without this perspective, the pain and problems of life take center stage, which can then lead to discouragement and grumbling.
These are burdens that believers are not meant to bear. Jesus Christ invites the weary and heavy-laden to come to Him and find rest (Matt. 11:28-30). Our Savior is the solution for everything that weighs us down, but we must let Him carry it for us.
What are you hauling around that is aging your body, soul, and spirit? Whether you’re burdened by unforgiveness, regret, guilt, or something else, cast it is on God, because He cares for you (1 Pet. 5:7).
      God be with you 🙏🏾

Joh 1:12 But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:
The necessity to be born again is faith in Christ. Here, it says that God gives us the power to become the sons of God. In other words, God gives us the very faith to believe on Him. Before that, we were enemies of God, dead spiritually, and could not believe on Him.

If they received Him they believed in Him - first. ‘This is the only thing I want to find out from you: did you receive the Spirit by the works of the Law, or by hearing with faith? (Galatians 3:2, NASB) You hear the word, faith comes by hearing the word of God, then you receive the Spirit. God doesn’t force it on you. That’s only in the world of Calvinism.

The seed that abides in the Christian is Christ. They are the seed of Abraham: Romans 9:7-9. And I will put enmity between you and the woman. And between your seed and her seed, He (Christ) shall bruise your head, and you shall bruise His heal. This is God speaking to satan, Genesis 3:15. Galatians 3:16, says and to your seed who is Christ. Abide in Me and I in you. John 15:1-15. So when you are born again, Christ abides in you and you in Him!! 😋😋😋 How precious to have our God living in us and we living in Him who made and created us!! He who died on the cross lives in me!! Wow, what a mystery!!

I disagree with great trepidation with Dr. Lawson. A man does need to read the Scripture as close to daily as possible. Should be yearning for it. This question deserved an overall better answer (the young man's question about the friend). I hope someone followed up on this.
Question: is discipleship a responsiblity of the one who sees it is needed in a life if the person who needs it will accept it?

    WE MUST BE BORN AGAIN
You are born again when you are like Jesus. Then you are sinless
    1 John 2:
3 And hereby we do know that we know him, if we keep his commandments.
4 He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him.
5 But whoso keepeth his word, in him verily is the love of God perfected: hereby know we that we are in him.
6 He that saith he abideth in him ought himself also so to walk, even as he walked.
    We must be born again!
Then Jesus has baptized you with the Holy Spirit.
The Holy Spirit do not let you sin anymore!!!
To become born again you have to repent and ask Jesus forgiveness for your sins or ask Jesus in your heart!
A really born again Christian has no future sins!! He is perfect, righteous and the light of the world.
    Please study : 1 John 3, Romans 6:6, Romans 8, Gal 5, Eph 4 , Eph 5 and Titus 2:14!
    I’ll give you my testimony:
16 May 2011 , I asked Jesus in my heart.
I was ill at the time.
Overstrained or burne out and very restless.
I then felt a vibration going through my body from my head to my toes. Immediately afterwards I became very calm.
The next morning I was again very restless.
    This lasted about a week.
I then had a dream that I lived in a prison.
And a voice then said to me that the devil had to get out of me.
I then prayed for the devil to leave me.
Immediately afterwards I felt that same vibration from head to toe again and at the end of it a voice said: you are now free! and now start reading the bible.
Suddenly I felt a lot of peace and love.
I was changed from a sinful, selfish person to a born again Christian with a lot of love for the other. And experienced a lot of rest.
When Jesus has made you free, you are free from sin and free from death.
Afterwards my illness was the best thing that happened to me.

    • @goodshorts
      @goodshorts Před 2 lety

False teachings of TULIP, and confusing salvation with works. Teaching that "born again" is the same as physical birth because you have nothing to do with it. This is just weak exegesis and filled with Calvinistic philosophy.
John 6:29-40 KJV Jesus answered and said unto them, This is the work of God, that ye believe on him whom he hath sent. They said therefore unto him, What sign shewest thou then, that we may see, and believe thee? what dost thou work?
Believing on Jesus Christ is a result of God's work, not our own. It is God that sent His Son, preserved His Word, rose again, lived a perfect life, conquered sin death and the grave, sits at the right hand of the Father. It is YOUR responsibility to believe. It is not a work, it is not a super power, it is God's sovereignty and grace on display.
To think God just gave you the faith, and that is why you believe, is just Calvinism.
In Ephesians 2:8-9 the gift is "For by grace you have been saved through faith".
Jesus loves us so much He died for all of us! While we were yet sinners. You can tell an unbeliever that God loved them so much He died for them! They can accept His gift of grace by faith! Our God is perfectly holy, just and merciful! Not one sin will go unpunished. We cannot work our way to salvation or rely on our good works to hold our salvation. Don't confuse salvation and service.
