      Thanks Kenny! Great effort the other week - that's an impressive age-graded score 👍

      Nice one Kyle - I’m another 30 miles or so in the shoe since filming and it’s a decent daily trainer 👍

    Great video. Looking into this for ultra marathon training. What is the longest distance you have taken these and how have they faired ?

      Thanks! I’ve taken them on 20milers - they’re a very comfortable shoe, well built and have so far held up really well. I think they’d be great for those Zone 1/2 long runs in an ultra plan. Good luck with the training 💪

    Hi great informative video, i would like to ask your opinion between puma magnify nitro 2 and puma forever run, which would you recommend, thank you

    • @TheVeganRunner
      @TheVeganRunner  Před 10 měsíci

      Thanks for watching! They’re both great shoes - the forever run is a stability shoe, the magnify is neutral so I’d let your running style inform your choice here. I’ve been enjoying running in both shoes but would opt for the magnify if I could only pick one. The cushioning is fantastic and I prefer a neutral shoe 👍

    Puma magnify nitro 2 vs adizero boston 11 who is best for daily training full marathon

    • @TheVeganRunner
      @TheVeganRunner  Před 11 měsíci

      Both great shoes - I’ve only tried the Magnify, and would recommend. The Boston gets great reviews too and friends of mine love them. I don’t think you’ll go wrong with either choice 👍

    How is it when compared to Brooks glycerine 20, need yours opinion 🧐🧐

    • @TheVeganRunner
      @TheVeganRunner  Před 10 měsíci

      This one is more similar to the Glycerin 19 - a much softer ride albeit heavier. The 20 is firmer than this shoe, so it’ll depend on how soft you like your ride 👍 Build quality seems good so far.

    Heyyy.. ..can u plzz tell me about the weight of these shoes....

    • @TheVeganRunner
      @TheVeganRunner  Před 8 měsíci

      In my size, they were about 280grams per shoe. A little on the heavy side but a competent all-round shoe.

    Are you comparing to nimbus 25 or nimbus 24 when you mentioned nimbus in the video?

      I was thinking of the 24 - have you tried the 25?

      @@TheVeganRunner nope... deciding between nimbus 25 and magnify 2 for my next pair of running shoes

    • @TheVeganRunner
      @TheVeganRunner  Před rokem +1

      I haven't kept up-to-speed with the latest thoughts on the Nimbus. For what it's worth, the Mag2 is heavier than the 24, but where it shines is more foam, plusher comfort, the grip is better and it feels like a more solidly constructed shoe. Whichever you go for, I think you're going to be happy for 400/500+ miles.

      @@TheVeganRunnernimbus 25 is a cloud like ride super soft and nice on the legs. I have the Puma Magnify 2 as well and the have much more return on the foot strike. I use the puma for my long dog walks. Both great shoes
