- Hi CZcams Family. Hope you all are doing great. I am a private sector employee and got my new car registered under Bharat Registration. I applied for it on 3rd and got the number on same day. I have elaborately explained everything in detail for private sector employees who wish to get their new car registered under Bharat registration.

All that is good information. But in Karnataka they are not yet giving private sector. But people can buy, register in different state and bring to Karnataka. That is only option available now for people residence out of state and those working in Bangalore.

Hi Im working in TCS but my office is not providing or singing the form 60 for my vehicle. What can I do?
Same here .they are saying tcs is not providing form 60
1) After 2 years are we going to use the same 2 years outdated documents for extention of registration or we need to request updated documents from HR/ employer?
2) what if I changed my job and the new employer doesn't have offices in 4 states? What will be the next step for getting the registration extended?

First of all thanks explaning the process😇. I still have a small doubt that although I have received my Form 60 over mail can I download that pdf and give it to the dealer. Will it be enough or do I need to go to the office and get Form 60 in hard copy.

Lets say I bought BH series as i am working in private company which is in 4 states and after 2 years when i go for tax payment i switched company whose location is less than 4 states then do we need convert the registration to Karnataka or any states instead of BH

For the renewal, the Parivahan portal still doesn't show option to renew for 2 years. How do we pay it online? I have also got a BH series registration, but just curious about the renewal.

@shivanandbedasur4325 Hi, yes. Igit BH number there was nothing much require. From Himachal dealer I got temporary number certificate and that I shared with my RTO in UP with other car documents and they provided me BH number. No broker/dealer involved in that process
How to download form 60,
TCS is not providing form 60 for BH registration to its junior or mid level execatives. HRs directly or indirectly denying the request.

Escalate it and tell the HR that you'll register a complaint in the consumer forum. They can't deny you form 60 in any case.

Congratulations, for which firm do you work can you please tell me? as i am also part of an MNC but my HR is also saying the same apart from the document which we can generate from the tool they can not provide any such document

Now to get your vehicle from Delhi can be a challenge as they will be asking for address proof of Delhi.

What are the charges paid for BH registraion??
If below Rs 10 lakhs then 8 percent of invoice price ( 2 percent extra for diesel vehicles ,2 percent less charge for electric vehicles)
If below Rs 10-20 lakh then 10 percent of invoice price.( 2 percent extra for diesel vehicles ,2 percent less charge for electric vehicles)
If above Rs 20 lakh then 12 percent of invoice price.(2 percent extra for diesel vehicles ,2 percent less charge for electric vehicles)

Hi brother. First of all a hearty congratulations on buying a new kia!!! I am also about to get my Kia's delivery this week. My dealer has not asked for any GST Certificate. Only form 60, and employee ID. Though I have one doubt -- Currently I am working in private company which has offices in more than 7 states. But what happens when:
1. I switch my current company and move? Will my registration still work? Since I will no longer be an employee of the last company whose employment I showed.
2. What if the new company doesn't have offices in 4+ states? Will the registration still be valid and eligible for renewal after 2 years?

the final road tax amount is not same for BH as compared to state number plates. For BH series 1.25 is multiplied on tax amount

What is process of renewing after 2 years if we are in diff state ,do we need any other documents of that state or we just need to go online and pay amount
You will be notified by the RTO to make the payment via online or by visiting their office.

Already registered old vehicle is not eligible, are you sure?
As of now old vehicles cannot be registered under BH. However with time things may be updated....

Aman, form 60 working certificate is highly recommended . I am afraid without form 60 it can be difficult as it's a mandatory certificate.

I had received a soft copy of the Form 60 document from my HR with a digital signature on it. I just got it colour printed and submitted to the dealership.

Yes off course however your dealer should be able to help you in this regard as few states have still not started BH registration
