Hey man, I would be careful how much you build in one place, since the more stuff you build near to your base causes more stuff to be loaded in at once (which is nice if you have auto farms) and can cause lag (which isn't nice). This happened to me and my brothers on our 2nd survival world. To combat this I would suggest to make a nether highway (on the nether roof, or just high up close to it) and have pathways leading to different areas (i.e. A trading area, a farming district, Mining area, and your homebase).

I know what do do with the fish from your ocean farm where you get those prismarine shards you get a fisherman villager and you can trade him the fish that you get so you don’t have to throw all the fish away
