- Everyone who has been watching MH youtube videos long before MHW release you might remember "MAD" videos. These videos were all about showing dunks and cinematic looking gameplay heavily edited with music. This is our take on this but with a new name called "MH Legends" made by Magicsword. Let us know if you liked part #3. This will be our last Legends video for MHW. If this video does well we will continue this series in MHRise.

This is the kind of gameplay that everyone imagines themselves doing, but never actually pulls off intentionally.
The less intentional it is, the cooler it becomes if it does happen.

See, this is why so many 'stuck in a video game' animes are so unrealistic -- the protagonist is the only player pro enough to beat the game. It ignores that there are hundreds of us who would try to dunk a cabbage down the final boss' throat while wearing nothing but a corset.
@Lucy In Disguise the sapphire star is the best hunter and the only hunter to kill fatalis and many more, most hunters doesn't even stand a chanse to rathalos.
@Lucy In Disguise entire guild? Where everyone stands far away and watch u kill it lol and guns? Guns existed in every game and fatalis is not the only thing the sapphire star killed
@Lucy In Disguise in lore no, most hunters don't make it to rathalos and most hunts from the older games ain't even canon and the Ace cadet doesn't even fight with half of the time and in the Dire miralis fight u got a siege weapon too and the dalamadur fight isn't even canon
That final shot made my jaw drop. The entire video was so well put together with some really sick moments but that ending hit ALL of the perfect fantasy spots.

@@choco8009countered the nuke, the knockdown was from the latch pods bursting (I forgot the name but they inflict stun when they burst)
Reminds me of Boros final attack vs Saitama's "serious punch." Except this monster didn't die.
Me:
- Gets Hyped cause of the epic video.
- Trying to get a legendary kill.
- Fails miserably.
- Watch the video again.
- Repeat.
what do you think how many attempts these people needed? they don't get that in one go either, just keep trying.

Me: Clearly you’ve never given a monster an uppercut while it flies towards you at Mach 1
Every weapon can be stylish as long as you can open the gate to Big Brain.
Or nail his head to the ground with a full charge while it flies towards you at Mach 1
And the camera zooms out while the monster falls back just acknowledging your awesomeness. I love to hold my ground and boom KO the monster but it does involve some luck
@@Squeekysquid rajang might have been going for a pin but you to hit each other and tou flinched/staggered him and so your character was stuck on the ground trying to get back up. It happens with all monsters with a pin attack if your timing is lucky/unlucky.
@@Squeekysquid i was playing mh4u, where i tried to mount the monster, but he pushed me, and i went flying. But i happened to get the mount, so i just like time reversed and flew back like superman🤣

my guess is 0, absolutely none of them as i expect them to use a modded game, with a 1hit attack to reach the ko treshold, then set up the whole thing and hit the monster for the glorious moment you could watch and appreciate...
coming from pc, i hardly think they really did all of this move like, playing occasionaly XDit is well orchestrated and feels great to watch because those are rare moment you will rarely get for real, but make the game epic because they still do happen from time to time xD ...and a lot more when u get better i guess XD

Put on fatalis beta and hear devil trigger song. Makes you feel like dante or vergil in their devil forms. If you are a LS user do this then fight a glavenus, it'll make you feel "motivated"

There is a build for your palico called "𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝑻𝒂𝒏𝒌 𝑩𝒖𝒊𝒍𝒅". Its supposed to keep majority of fatalis' (probably all monsters) attention on the palico and not you

That clip of the lance blocking the alatreon ice breath attack was amazing!! Had to rewatch that scene just to realize what was happening

either punishing draw or another player since im more curious how the iai hits all across the field, i dont know the logistics of the move other then it can evade attacks and damages on counter.
Thorn pods self-detonate after two minutes, causing the KO. That shot itself probably tooks hours of practice and trial and error to get, even if they used overlays. This video is amazing not only for the timing and skill needed, but knowing the base mechanic's as well.

This videos are awesome, whether there are mods in place to see stagger/health/ko or not, that literally takes NOTHING away from these videos. Everything is still impressive, skillful, and entertaining. Such an amazing display of skill in all 3 videos, love it.
It's probably more than just overlays, there's damage multiplier mod in place, it's why they hide the damage numbers.

Back when i play Devil May Cry 5 and Monster Hunter World at the same time, i use to hunt while hearing this song and it just hyped my hunt so much. This vid just perfectly captured that. Nice job everyone.

I think the horizontal slice tracks with any monster inside the slice regardless of distance, thats why he aligned the camera to match shara

The realization on the last clip of what the player is about to do, I've never felt so impressed in my life. I'm shocked they can even stand under the sheer weight of those lead balls they're carrying around
