Nice recipe..if you add some agaragar it will become a thai coconut pudding ..Coconut steamed in this recipe if you cook in open vessel for longtime only cholesterol changes will happen..but research is saying that coconut has less vad cholesterol at any form..coconut is bad like statement for business purpose by foreign countries

Use small small containers or Idly stand place one in each and pour the coconut milk liquid and cool it in the fridge. It tastes marvelous and the fiber don't go waste.
