      Hey by bells palsy did ur lips or face droop on one side? There are many pictures of bells palsy patients.. did ur face also become like that??pls reply

    Ok, so UMN lesion on the left side makes the right droop, noticeably on the bottom right side only. However.. still functions just differently than the left. Sags, essentially. However, the right has a hyper sensitivity in the throat, sound, tear duct and hair loss. .. it’s as if the left side feels much less sensation, like the left nostril when inhaling or the throat when swelling or have a tickle and need to cough. In the mouth even. There is still sensation.. but much less. Either it is reduced or the drooping(right) side is hyper sensitive.
    Does this coincide with then with a left UMN lesion as well?

    Do you have CN VIII video by chance? That is the most confusing one.
