Will Kuntz was clearly the brains behind LAFC. Letting Crepeau and McCarthy go for Lloris was such a Chris Klein Galaxy style move.
Your takeaway from that game was that our GK is the problem? That can’t be a serious take. Dennis missed an open net and our defending is complete shite.
As a fan I love them really dumb decision to let them go but oh no can't talk bad about lloris because he's won a world cup we should be grateful 🙄

Also what a fiesty start for Paddleford and probably the best game ive ever seen DJ Taylor play. Excellent effort and pacing by both.
DJ did still get beat a few too many times, but for who he was up against it was still really good. Maplewood meanwhile showed that he isn't much better than Taylor in attack and had real trouble controlling and passing early on, but hey it's his first start

I was at this game, this was the first game ive been to with a win! Singing Wonderwall was so cool, and seeing Robin Lod’s goal right next to me was awesome! Congrats on the win Loons!

It's very interesting to see another football I'm from France I'm just started to watch MLS because of lloris and what I use to watch European football only but this year's the MLS championship could be closely fought so I'll watch it

Very measured by both teams most of the game with streaks of press by both. Bit sloppy on the passes this game for both sides but being able to take their chances when they come has been a Loons staple through the first 4 and it's nice to see.
LAFC needs a striker in the worst way and DSC in the Loons net needs to work on his passing.

What's the excuse this time Cherundojoke? Bouanga got pocketed by fucking DJ Taylor, laughed my ass off all night. In all seriousness lafc probably wins this game if it was played a week or two ago, they absolutely cannot handle the cold at all.
Still a great showing from MN, pretty solid D even if you account for LA's cold feet. Awesome to see Bongy back in action, Id say the same for Reynoso but he did not look very fit at all, hopefully he'll be all the way back soon. Definitely one of the top games at Allianz Field so far, but the cold ones are always more fun. Top of the West and a better record than Miami, could not possibly ask for more this early on in the year.

@@randogg7815From what I've gathered Vela's contract with LAFC wasn't renewed as he would have cost them too much to fit into the salary cap. He is currently a free agent and has been potentially linked to signing with San Jose or Persepolis FC.

Linesmen have zero spine to make a decision aye. That last offside - the crowd was halfway home before he decided to make a call that he is paid to make.
He's asking the the center ref if the other forward got a touch on the original cross (which he did) which would be very difficult to see from his angle. If the forward hadn't he would have been onside and goal would have counted. Really good refereeing actually but god forbid they made you wait 10 seconds to find out their decision.
There was an extra soccer ball ⚽️ in the field. Bad referees...
Yes the game should have been stopped when 2nd ball was spotted..except that it wasn't! Even by commentators! Had the game been halted on time 2nd goal would not have been scored. Poor refereeing I agree.
