I have spent hours speaking in english with friends from all over the world and what has worked best for me regarding fluency is accepting my french accent, because it produces the most understandable clearly detached words .
@@BerkEfekan Yes it is. And it SHOULD be! Remember, a Level 6 means you are NEVER retested, so you have a lifetime to stop practicing and then language attrition WILL set in. I've seen/heard it a thousand times in my career. Level 5 is the best level to have, in my opinion. For everybody.

Yes, if they are applying for a licence in an EASA member state. They are treated the same as any other applicant in that country.
