Starting off with Simon Says......great way to belittle the players. They are adults, treat them as such please.
You’re pissweak if that belittled you. As he said, it’s to get people a bit more up and about and energetic/paying attention.
What a negative & completely wrong critique. He had every single player locked on every word he spoke. A coach treating his players as adults? Wouldn’t last long.
I don’t have a good feeling about this at all. Love Mitchell as a player but he lacks conviction and jumps from one point to another without finishing the first thought. Kennett’s legacy will be remembered for letting the best coach of a generation go without giving him a say in the matter. Clarkson is a winner and I have no doubt he’ll find a way to win flags with another club. I sincerely hope Mitchell becomes a great coach but the odds are stacked against him, there’s a much longer list of ‘promising’ assistants who go on to fail miserably.
