Good stuff...much respect from NYC...my family's Irish and I used to go over every other summer or so as a kid...went to games at Tolka park and Tallaght a few times...never experienced atmosphere like this tho...nice to see Irish teams like Cork and Derry with passionate fans...also nice to see teams like dundalk and Rovers do "well" in Europe...it's obviously never gonna be The Premier League, but with its summer schedule giving footy to strved fans snd not conflicting that much with allegiances from foreign leagues, I think the Irish league could eventually rise to the level of scotland or better...there's no reason why, with continued investment, the Irish league can't draw gates of 10k+ all over the country...
