    Why does God need to be worshipped by angels?????

    • @StackXBT
      @StackXBT Před 2 lety +2

      Why not? Maybe because God is really that great and the angels know it since they're in His presence.

      @@StackXBT it seems to me that these angels were created just to worship God- not a choice thing...

      @@andreanittel2240 from what I gather, they have many more functions than just worship. Their are battle angles, protection angles, ministering angels, messenger Angel's, watcher angles ect. They all seem to have jobs. Maybe their is a group of angels that do solely worship God continuously (worship angels??) Also from what I gathered from OT scriptures is that angels in fact seem to have 'free will' like us humans. I cant say for certain to what degree. It seems that the bible suggests angels do have choices they can make on their own. If you subscribe to the idea that Satan deceived some angles to follow him instead of remaining at their 'divine post'. Also I might add is in the 'book of Enoch' the narrative definitively states that a group of angles made a covenant among themselves to corrupt the earth. This suggests free will and certainly having a 'mind of their own' like us. Hope that helps you!

      @@StackXBT Thanks for taking the time to respond again. I guess I am just mystified by how it says that for some angels it was their sole job- to worship God- it just sounds ordained- in lieu of free choice....

    • @StackXBT

      @@andreanittel2240 yes I agree. I think for some angles that may be true but for anothers not. There are different classes of angles. Let's remember also that humans seem to be the 'crown jewel' of free choice. For the rest of Gods creation, there seems to only be a degree of free choice but with a predominantly pre programmed existence. Take animals for example, they are mostly programmed to behave and act out in a certain way, though in some instances, it seems though even they exhibit signs of a free will. For example, animals that come to the rescue of other species including helping humans in danger. Take dolphins for example, they are known to protect humans from shark attacks or primates that exhibit a high level of autonomy. On the other hand, take an Ant for example, no signs of free will. So it seems to me that free will is a spectrum among His creation, including the angelic hosts. My pleasure in discussing this with you! Bless!

    There were millions of angels but no one even tried to help write the Bible. If ever there were angels, why not write even a single verse in the Bible.

      Roberto Cb I would say God didn't need any help, and angels are mentioned 300 times in the King James version.

    I beg to differ that Angels elevate us to a higher experience of God! Mr. Graham, why are you attributing the work of the Holy Spirit of God to angels?? You need to go and fix your book sir! That’s in error of the Word and purpose of God! John 14:26 the Holy Spirit is the “Helper” to teach and elevate us in the things of God! It is the Divine Nature of God within us that brings us to places of Praise and Worship!

    Mr Graham, Angels DO NOT JUDGE ! They are messengers of God and do the work of God. We will judge the angles in heaven. Angels did not destroy Sodom and Gomorra GOD DID. God sent the Angels as messengers to Lot. Angels are also ONLY MALE. Never once in the Bible is an angel referred to as a female. Do not give angels credit for the work of God. It is always God doing the work and Angels are used as warriors, messengers or ministering Spirits to Gods people. You need to correct yourself to Gods word.
