- We're a few days away from #Fontaine - time for last minute preparation! I'm here to give you some #Genshin Impact tips before 4.0 on things mistakes to avoid making before the Fontaine release date!
The Genshin Impact Fontaine release date is 16 August 2023. The Genshin 4.0 banners will include Lyney, Lynette, Freminet, Yelan, Zhongli and Childe!

I'm screaming I'm so excited for Lyney. I've prefarmed all the books and mora, the sargent insignias and pyro gems. I have 82 wishes right now, at 33 pity with a fifty fifty. I literally cannot wait for his banner, the hype is real.

I prepared for Fontaine by maxing my inazuma and sumeru trees & I did a few hangout events
I haven't been able to max out the sumeru tree. 😭
What I did for in preparation for fontaine were 2 things:
1. Finish the Inazuma Archon Quests
2. Finish the Sumeru Archon Quests
I'm saving for Foçalors, i'm guaranteed, but I don't have enough self control

I've been building characters and exploring, I need to explore more of the 3.8 area and get primos before it goes away in a few days. I have a guaranteed Zhongli at around 60 pity and around 130 wishes, I hope to get him early so I could save for Neuvillette, and I could keep grinding primos in 4.0 and 4.1 to have him guaranteed.

I've been collecting Crystal Fly cores, and saving up my mora, xp books, and primogems. I should probably work on my artifact stash, but I'm feeling a bit lazy. Which will definitely come back to bite me in the ass when I don't have enough VV and hydro sets for Hydro MC and Lynette.

There are no mistakes. Just lessons learned a different way.
I have 12k primos, enough artifacts to put into the artifact strongbox, enough lvl up materials and mora, well built characters, no quests left, sumeru tree almost at max lvl (48), all statues maxed out,...i don't think there's anything else i could do.

In the Last 5 days I prepared a LOT. I did. almost all my quest except 3 Story Quests (I didn’t do hangouts but let’s not talk about that) and I started saving primos in 4.7 for Focalors! I even calculated the amount of primos I will gain from 4.0 so I can be safe that I will get the new archon. Thank you for your Videos, they are really helpful, especially the ones about burn out in genshin! 🐣

I never use the strongbox because whenever I do I get even worse artifacts than from domains somehow and I never got one solid artifact from it
Has there been any confirmation that Arlequino will be playable? I def want to save for the archon but lord help me if Arly is playable...

My big mistake (doesn't apply to everyone but to me it does): not having enough storage to actually download the patch... And yes, I'm guilty of having too many unfinished quests too, those can give primos as well so I might do them soon for Neuvillette savings.

But the thing for me is that im not burned out at all and far from it, i WANT to play but i've done everything in the game so now its nothing to do. (Like fr, 100% every region, all achievements)
I literally cant play, only walk around and be bored 😅😂 so i just cant wait for Fontaine to release, like just release already

Done with all quest and explorations...I manage to get 22M and 1k+ books ready for Lyney, Lynette, & Freminet... Saved 14k+ primos, currently 40 pity (50/50)... if I did lose, i'll still have enough to take him home ☺️ THEY WILL COME HOME 🛐🛐🛐
I haven't even finished the 3.2 quest yet.. this will be a busy week 👍😰
Unfortunately, I'm poor, but hopefully not around a week later, because my birthday is coming up. I'm honestly so HYPE for FONATINE. (AHHHHHHH) Can't wait for it, JUST 2 DAYS LATER....!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Most of these tips... are like big mistakes to avoid if you're pre ar 55 lol
First
This video is pretty useless but I like your voice so I watched
a win is a win
1- Save primogems, well DUH! that's common sense, I wonder how will the video go if going into fontaine without primogems is the first "mistake"
2- Somehow someone not having the single most broken element in the game...
3- SOmehow someone not having the other 6 elements seems to be a mistake as well...
4- Somehow having a single team in a game with an easy endgame that requires 2 teams, not to mention that the game let's you explore it after finishing the first AQ so it can't be hard enough and softlock you...
5- The strongbox one is actually the first legit advide in the video.
6- Don't start things you ain't gonna finish, that's not a fontaine advice, that's Genshin advice, DON'T UNLOCK STUFF YOU AIN'T GONNA DO, IT LOCKS YOU FROM ADVANCING OTHER STUFF.
7- Burnout is a personal thing, this is a game, not a chore, if you want to you can take a break, you ain't missing on anything, if you come back after a month and find yourself struggling in abyss it means you weren't clearing comfortably before, the game has BS rotations and braindead ones but once you can breeze through the BS ones it doesn't change, having just two teams for abyss means you ain't there yet.
Sorry but this video looks like a way to keep the YT logarithm fed to avoid losing "relevance" during the content drought, even the statement at the end is about trying to reach the minimun for monetization and it comes off as inscinsere, I love watching Genshin content and I get exited when a new channel pops on my recomendations but this one ain't it.
remember while these points may be common knowledge to a veteran player, they might come in handy for a newer player - especially if this is their first time experiencing a new region being dropped!
also youtubers joke about reaching the 8 min mark all the time - it wasnt a statement to be taken that seriously lol

See? it's a weird video with no real target audience, the tittle tells it's to prepare for fontaine but the advice isn't aimed at new players as those either contradict each other for new players or are generally useless to players in this for enough time to know it already, you're aiming to a reaaaaaaaaaally tiny demographic and it's really late to boot.
You posted this 2 days before the release, let's say this actually has some valuable advice, how would someone make anything meaningfull in two days?
I mean you can hate me for seeing the video and noticing how pointless it's or take some pointers and try to improve on it, I know I won't be seeing them since I clicked on the "don't recommend channel" button and sorry if I come out as a mean person but the comments are just blind praise, if you're doing this as a hobby it came out as souless, if you're doing it because you see your channel growing with this content I'm flabbergasted.
