iFit NordicTrack S40 fails to recover firmware

  • NordicTrack S40 treadmill fails to load iFit app and also fails to recover firmware.
    Can anybody help me?
    Tried to reach iFit help and they provided the right firmware code but it won't install it, installation stucks on 0%.
