Hey i have a luxurious modern house I'd like you to view.
Of all the videos I've watched of home tours of Jamaican properties, this is by far the best one. Not because of the luxury of the property but because of the articulate and knowledgeable description of the property.
Too much spinning. Would have liked to just see a straight video. Nice home.
Aside from the quick movement of the images...the house was well presented and the creator was informative in describing key features such as the pot filler and heat induction cooktop in the kitchen.....10/10....beautiful home and well worth the price for the area and the fact that its 100% concrete..unlike the houses we have over here which are made from 2x4s and dry wall....

This house looks like it was just built, built for sale i'd assume.
Beside from the crime…damn electric bill is too much especially for a house that size. Concrete house during summer is worse than hell and people afraid of the electric bill more than crime. People have air conditioning and afraid to use it. The crime rate and cost of electricity running a very tight race!! Big house a Jamaica makes no sense, damn light bill cost more than the mortgage.

Who says it doesn't? Tell them that you only want it with the luxury furniture shown or else you're not interested at that price, if they don't get much offers they will come back to you and give it to you or else the property can stay dere sitting, collecting dust.

I however have to draw a negative, the front facade should "carry" one into the modern looking interiors, yes, a modern contemporary would have set a better stage for that. Not worth 1 million USD at all. The fixtures and other interior design are modest and not luxury. Compare it to an upper or middle class house in Atlanta and it falls beneath the price range and design. Not worth the price. It’s lovely yes but over priced and average internationally.
Atlanta homes are not made out of steel and concrete….the slightest of tornado rips them apart..just saying…finishes are usually great..but structure of most American homes are not the most sturdy..in floods they float like boats…..I think it’s worth it more than a house made out of ply board and dry wall….

That’s not a mansion my friend. I can get double the size for less in Florida.
Not true!!!!! The cheapest place was central Florida like Fort Pierce, Port. St. Lucie and maybe Palm Bay. Everything has gone up astronomically since all the people from New York and California started coming here in droves. Houses and apartments are super expensive. Miami even more so. Hopefully the housing market will crash and everything resets but FOR NOW, THERE IS NO CHEAPER HOUSING IN FLORIDA. This house is pretty much on par with Florida real estate.
