Trying To Pull My First 5 Star - Random DPS

- We're back at it with the random DPS challenge, and working hard to pull Xiao as our first 5-star!
- SERIES RULES -
1: First 4-star character I pull is the DPS on one team
2: First 5-star character I pull is the DPS on the other team
3: Every banner I wish on afterwards is decided randomly by a wheel picker.
a) The banner the wheel picker chooses I have to do at least 5 wishes on before I can spin again for a different banner.
b) If I like the banner I got I can continue to wish on it until I get a 5-star.
c) Once a 5-star is obtained on said banner, I have to spin the wheel picker for a different banner, where the same rules apply.

5:48 There's an NPC in Bubu Pharmacy that sells 10 Qingxin, and an NPC in Port Ormos that sells 5 Qingxin. Basically, you can get an extra 15 Qingxin every 3 days just from NPCs so farming them shouldn't be as bad.

This series is such an amazing idea, I can't wait for the next episode! Dragonspine is going to be very interesting considering that Kaeya is your main dps

My main DD is Eula and... Dragonspine is fine(tho she is physical more then cryo)
Yaoyao is a great Character for your Kaeya Team. As a Kaeya main from day 1 I can tell you, she is amazing in fridge teams with him. Kaeya do not react to dendro, but your cores last longer bcs of the ice, plus if you freeze your opponents they will Not be able to escape the core zone 😁
It's very fun.
As A Xiao haver, can confirm his flowers are a PAIN to farm
as a xiao main, YES. especially because if you don't have any characters that help with elevation, like me, its a big PAIN TO CLIMB THOSE DANG MOUNTAINS
Maybe the rules for wishing should be at least two wishes if you don't like the banner and a max of a ten shot before you have to reroll again if you do like the banner. Favors you getting who you prefer while also having risk.

I've been wanting to make a new account (I already have two, AR58 and AR56), but two is already a lot to juggle so i'm living through this series lmao i can't wait for more episodes!!

yae is much more in your favor than xiao, xiao isnt THAT f2p friendly (weapons) plus with yae you can make a hyperbloom team that very easily clears the abyss (yae yaoyao barbara and flex slot)
but they haven’t unlock inazuma and the enkanomiya yet

Kaeya, Yaoyao, Anemo MC and Xiangling (when you get her) would make for a decent melt team. Granted you need an absurd amount of ER on Xiangling.
Congrats on the Nahida chucker. She is imo the best c0 4* added since 1.1.
a tip for new account dps's stack atk as much as you can till ar 25 then after that talent and weapon level with 4star srtifacts would do it till ar 45( dont forget to do weekly bosses ,they start dropping 5 star artifacts randomly from low ar)

Such a fun series! Super underrated
As a dedicated Kaeya main (c6 3crowned) i can tell if you take this guy serious he will be serious, and his freeze cryo build is really really strong, blizzard is still am amazing set and he got some great F2p and p2w swords, i tried a lot of different teams with this guy both phisical and even self melt with benny c6 kazu and yunjin and i would heavily advize building him in freeze cryo the power of crowd control and acually big range and mobility of his burst makes it so much easier to play and crush abyss i also have 3crowned Ayaka and i can definitly say that he is build very similary but hes EASIER to play and the dmg on invested Kaeya is not that much behind
Whats cool is also that you can get more of his constelations from the shop and thats a garantee way of doing that and his c2 is really impressive, also if you dont mind spending extra starglider for blackcliff sword it is also amazing ot even isshin from Kazu quest

Xinyan can give a physical buff in her 4th accession which is good for your kaeya

well u can prob make a freezebloom team with yao yao and u can get kaeya conts easier on the new banner since the 4* are region specific

As a xinyan Mainer (in the past) I can say she is a great dps
i made a random account recently where my first character pull was my main and i pulled mika lmao that poor boy doesn’t have much elemental reaction so i gotta go physical mode 😅
I hope you get Tighnari cuz Hunters Path is coming soon. My two best built and supported mains are Kaeya and Nari.
It’s probably for the best you go for Xiao, since those new banners are coming up. They’ll increase the chance of a Klee or Eula and both are less meta/liked.
I feel like Yaoyao is best on her own team with the 5* if you can fully utilize Dendro reactions. Keqing and Yaoyao seems v good. Diluc, Jean, and Mona all made DPS could work with her dendro support. Jean, Furina, Yaoyao, Lisa or other flex would be a good hyperboom. Diluc could be burgeon and with Mona any Dendro Hydro etc team.
Fridge with Kaeya works best if you want more variety in your damage type or potentially with an unfreezeable boss. Barbara, Chongyun, Sucrose seems better to me, but it depends on who you get and what the Abyss challenge is. If the 5* doesn’t work with Yaoyao, she’ll work fine with him. A burn melt or Fridge team would work depending on whether you get Bennet or Chongyun first. Yaoyao, Bennet, Kaeya, Kazu. Or Yaoyao, Chongyun, Kaeya, maybe Furina or Xingqiu. Kazuha could have a lot of use on the other team, so a Kaeya team without him would work. Everything depends on the characters you get.
It took me 80ish pulls to get Nahida and I got Bennett on the 10 pull after! Chongyun I got THIS Lantern Rite; I’ve been playing multiple years. I became a Kaeya main partly because I immediately got Shenhe and Mona. I pulled on Kazuha hoping for Nari cons, not Kazu, got Nari at 40ish pity and then continued as a joke thinking: It’d be Funny. I got Kazo in less than 10 pulls and wasn’t actually planning on getting him. I was just gambling and after Vortex I have realized not to pull unless I plan it. (I was so upset, but Vortex is surprisingly good on Shenhe. I only realized this recently 175 Er and 3,700 Atk on her.)

Oh wow, I really appreciate all the info! If I lose 50/50 I don't really mind who it's to, I just don't really want Diluc as I used to main him in the early days of my old account and would like to build someone else. But overall I wouldn't be too fussed! I'm just excited to work with what I get and try and make it as good as I can.
Main problem with pulling Inazuma characters early is getting access to their ascension materials 😞
On the new banner u can get keaya
