This was the first album of the Scorpions that I purchased 40 years ago... Still remains one of my favorite albums... of course, all of the albums all my favorite albums... but this was my first one. 1980's... You know there was just some kind of electricity and energy in the 80's that I don't feel is captured in subsequent decades... Perhaps someone that remembers can explain what they think... Don't get me wrong, there's been a lot of great music produced since and I think rock... but there's that something missing, could be that I was 40 years younger LOL... but the 80's had a certain upbeat sound to them ?? Just curious, perhaps someone who didn't grow up in the 80's but likes 80's music.
