Went to this place today. good food but the owner has difficulties in catching up with the demands. had to wait at least half an hour for a chatamari :(

What are the dumplings they are eating in the challenge filled with?
the dumplings are made of an external covering of rice flour and inner filled with sweet substances such as chaku which is made from concentrated sugarcane juice, jaggery, ghee, and nuts mixed with sesame seeds.
