Africans should start implementation of visas requirement for western nations.

I've been to african countries and can say that I feel so sorry for such people who have an abundance of resources but incompetent cowardly leaders and officials who don't ont care about the land or the indigenous native people. It's the people who must recognized the problems and demand changes.

  • @tyrarichburg164

IT'S YOUR GOVERNMENT ALLOWING IT 🤷🏾‍♀️

  • @brothatruthbetold1014

Capetown was already gentrified.... It was called colonization and apartheid.

  • @dominiqueadavis

There are more locals than visitors, the locals need to boycott the places that increase their prices

  • @worldtraveler4040

Not only are they gentrifying the local cities, but they are also importing their anti-black attitudes. In the next few months Karenism will be at an all time high.

  • @nchristpeace

That is absolutely crazy! South Africa must make a change! They must be taxed to the max to stop this nonsense!

  • @Layla-fr7mf

Cape Town has always been Europe literally still a British Colony but it’s becoming more filled with white Americans who overstay like most Europeans in Africa already. White Americans are just joining in droves which is what I noticed in Botswana too.

  • @MzVedaborntoJudah

Sounds like modern day colonization to me! 😒 Stand up South Africa and get them outta there!

  • @phumlanezwane3

Not just Cape Town but Johannesburg too. And worse part they're driving the living cost high. It's frustrating and personally, I no longer appreciate tourist.

  • @eddyalvaross2195

One year later, Cape town still doesn't regulate nothing about this. You will see.

  • @Peace88Hi

This is what happens when a government choses profit over its people. The same thing is in my home country, Liberia. The USD has taken over our country until it is so hard to afford basis needs. Everything is so expensive.

SA should charge for the visitor visas.

  • @daniellalino

Europe and the West have forever made it hard for Africans to migrate and work in their countries, but when the shoe is on the other foot we open our doors wide open and roll out the red carpet for them.Eke ril n'gu?!🤦🏿‍♀️🤦🏿‍♀️🤦🏿‍♀️

Same is happening in the Caribbean like Barbados as well. From the look of things it seemed it's a agreement with major real estate agencies to help keep their businesses a float during and after COVID, but now they're selling at premium prices and pushing the locals out of the market thus driving the cost of buying a home or land.

  • @LadyAndanaZerva

Its a time ticking 💣 their privilege will blow up if it continues.

  • @tkbheje8876

The gentrification in Cape Town is insane.

  • @samuelmahmud1909

Sad video coverage Queen 👑 all this is done in a black country. While the government just let it happen. Make it make sense?

  • @brianafrika254

Please these Europeans and Americans need to stay in their Countries. The fact that they are allowed to work in Cape Town in South Africa and pay taxes to their home Countries is ridiculous. Vote out ANC, vote in EFF to clean up these mess.

  • @darleneburton4786

Coming from a tourist town, I can relate to high prices and unaffordable housing. However, tourism brings millions/billions into the economy. With this said, I’m sure SA is aware of this issue.
