This is my magnum opus of false cord screaming tutorials. I hope this video series becomes a gold mine of information for any beginners who feel lost on learning this vocal style. - Jak na to + styl
You're one of the very few channels I completely trust for metal vocals, I'm on year two now and it's discouraging to not be able to do everything yet, but I know I'll get there at some point
Thank you for the support. Keep practicing and you will! You can email me anytime if you need feedback of help with anything. Screamtheoryvocalcoaching@gmail.com
Thanks for these videos man! I always struggled with thinking I wasn't getting better or good enough but this series has inspired me to keep trying and put the work in
Thank you. Glad I could help. Just don't give up, and I promise one day you will be proud of your voice.
So nice, exactly the style I need to learn
You are a wizard
What is your opinion on using tuvan throat singing to assist the vibration of the false cords? I’ve been doing tuvan singing for two years and got into false cord screams this year.
from what I understand, tuvan throat singing is done using the true cords + polyphonic singing techniques, without really any use of the false cords. It can probably help train the true cords, but kargyraa style uses the false cords so thats what you want to practice
Thank you for your time and effort in your videos! Just found them and plan to buy Spencer soleto course after going through yours for a while. I have the basics down and want to improve until I can perform metalcore vocals
Im glad you find it helpful. just be careful about purchasing expensive courses. your money might be better spent just paying for private lessons so that you can have guidance in real time.
@@Scream-Theory understood. I’ve been taking a Patreon course with infrequent 1:1 lessons for the last couple months. I think all these things will help supplement the awareness I’m developing around my voice mechanism while practicing harsh vocals
