- If you want to look for a city that makes you happy to visit and be infected by the positive atmosphere of its streets, that is CORDOBA.
In the heart of sunny Andalusia, spring begins with ideal weather for sightseeing and partying.
In Spain there is the custom of eating on the street, of sitting on the terraces of bars to have tapas and in Córdoba especially they have a special dish. The snails.
Here they cook snails with spices and different sauces. They sell them now just when the good weather begins in special stands and in almost all the bars.
They are bugs specially bred for human consumption and it depends on each person whether they like it or not. But out of curiosity, you can't leave the city without trying its famous snails.
