A development approach that is focused on the effective teamwork of a project development team over the necessity for formal, documented requirements. As the name suggests, this form of development approach is meant to be fast, which is a result from the decreased level of documentation. The agile approach provides the flexibility to adapt ideas and designs, while ensuring a close collaboration between the development team and clients.
