I have developed my own hypothesis on this. I find it is related to the phenomenon of multi dimensions of time. A past of another time line that exists and feeling of deja vu suggests that this is the same and just living in another parallel time perhaps a little behind. Hope the audiences find it interesting 😊

My theory on deja vu. When you visit or see any thing and you experience deja vu because now that you’ve already seen and this event is stored in your mind at the same think your mind gives you signals about what you just experienced it now for the first time, but your gets confused that this memory is new one or old.
Another explanation, your mind stored it in past memories. That why when its recalled it tricks you that its from the past but its present memory.
So basically, our brains sometime gets confused whether the memory is from past or present.
Now, I’d reject its spiritual aspect because you experienced deja vu after what was revealed to you.
It being spiritual will be accepted when you experience this event before you visit that place. Like in a dream you see this would happen and that happens too (that’s spirituality, not the deja vu)
It happens to me a lot. And most of the time it's very ordinary events. Not of special importance. I discussed it with my Urdu Professor once and she said she Believes that before we were born Allah showed us our whole life that this is what we are gonna do and then erased all of it to test us, and sent us in this world. These event are a flash back of that memory she said. And Allah knows the best.

I did read if I remember from shahaab naama or some wasif Ali wasif book that as spirit would b pious, it would b light enough so that it can have a visibility of some of future events ( again ALIMUL GHAIB is just Allah almighty).. so that , that person feels that same thing happened before as well, even he can estimate that what words would b used by the next person .. we can take as some NISHAANIYAN of qudrat..

I suffer most of time from Deja vu phenomenon. When i see someone,i suddenly feel that i have already met He/She but it gets harder to identify them. Thanks Dr, Saab for solving my basic issue...❤

this is the same issue with me... when i was in a place in my dream few days back... after few days i'm in real location and at that time my mind gets socked for a few seconds... and i feel that i have already been to this place.. time , things, place , weather, people everything is same as i had already seen in my dream.

I do not agree with your explanation of de ja Vu. As a child I experienced this almost everyday. I was too young to have read books or seen any movies

Un ka book reading ka shoq mjhy transfer hua or jb bachy words bnana seekhty in age of 5 mery monthly urdu digest, science digest, ankh macholi aaya karty thy. Un ka experience avail kia or ab is stage pe hu k koi baat karu to log kehty tme kya pta age dekho apni or me chup ho jati. Jb wohi sb hota to dobara aaty puchny k tme kese pta tha or me kehti mjhy experience gift hua hy😅
