20:25 I'm guessing that all this area was the kitchen area. That metal door is probably where they had trucks pull up for deliveries. The two big areas on the sides with the double doors were probably the dining areas because of the food pictures on the walls but for patients because I did notice the gated windows.

You need to check into Norwich Asylum in Norwich Connection but I wouldn’t go alone or even 2 people you want a bunch of people going not sure if alone challenges would be good there either. It’s the most haunted Asylum on the East Coast
