Actual process is
We have to soak the dry nuts for 8 hours. Then almond should be peeled. And then allow sun dry. Then dry roast. After that grinding n mixing with the as usual routine diet. It wil absorb in the gut 90%. If u dry roast directly , not even 50% will absorb into the blood.

Hi I'm from Karnataka we eat ragi a lot... Even i feed my baby ragi malt..
Instead of that ragi i suggest you to heat some ragi and make a fine powder using grinder n cotton cloth it will be in good taste and easily digested 😊

Ma baby mee baby kanna one day younger...He is Arjun😊
Upto 8 months i prepared specific food for him..after that he starts eating what we eat in a day... touchwood he never rejected any so far...all we have to notice is that aa particular food valaki suit avthunda leda ani anthe...Arjun ki fish suit avvaledu.. because of high mercury content in the fish..he got severe diaper rashes...later we gave only curd rice, paalu annam, fresh juice without any add-ons...
Milk feeding as much as possible gradually taggisthunaam...so that he will change his mind to solids...or else ooha telisaka food habits change cheyadam chala kashtam...i learnt these pros and cons from my co-sisters baby...
Arjun's food menu:
Breakfast - boiled egg/idly with chutney/sponge dosa with chutney/upma/slurp farm ragi malt(no add-ons)
Lunch - rice+any curry(veg/nonveg)+any rasam/sambar/dal+ghee - all mix
Evng - some fruit+vegetable+flat oats/atukulu/puffed rice/ravva kheer(no extra add-ons), any fruit/vegetable pancakes
Dinner - again same as ours bt with little quantity than afternoon.
In between he drinks lot of water....we made him habituated... because summer is heading...
We give diluted formula milk If he is hungry at midnight...
We haven't started cow/buffalo milk so far😊
Sometimes I offer cerelac iff i get stuck in long office meetings...i found it is the best instant food...

Anni bavunnay but diluted formula?? There is specific way to. Prepare. Formula we should not overdo. Or underdo it... Please check . With pediatrician about it
