That's one of the first things about this case that made me give a huge side eye. A married man of 6+ years that works full time, had absolutely no access to bank account balances. The omeprazole was prescribed to Celeste because Shannan had said that she had a damaged esophagus. Remember, they claimed that they had operated on her as a baby for a damaged esophagus.? Well, Cindy Watts did not remember that. She was there when Cece was born. Shannan took her to the zoo the day that she got out of the hospital! That doesn’t sound like a baby who has had an operation on their esophagus. Omeprazole has many negative side effects. It’s not meant to be used long-term, and it’s not something that anybody should take over a year. It can cause an increased susceptibility to bone, breaks and pneumonia among other things. She should never have been taking that medication, and Lord knows what else she was prescribed to take that she didn’t need.
You are doing very well. I too love true crime and it made my plate husband very nervous lol. Oh btw he passed from a massive heart attack 5 years ago. Nothing from my true crime studies. I am real interested in your take on the discovery. It's gonna be a great series

In the final weeks, as you mentioned, in my opinion, she staged that fight so the Watts wouldnt be keeping tabs on her in those 6 weeks as she spent most of her time and took two more "free vacations" with the other chris...

Colorado DA and LE never proved CW's plea deal with supporting evidence, which is the legal requirement. The R's don't have clean hands in this botched investigation imo. However, CW took the plea in the quickest time ever! But I agree your are so right there are more involved in this case. I have not looked at the Discovery for a long ass time, so it's curious to review it again with fresh eyes and TJ's professional commentary :). SW so much reminds me of a Lori Vallow in the making, ie sociopath!! TJ I recommend you seeing the content on Annie Cushing channel, A Murderous Mind,. I'm a twin and we are Fraternal So no, we don't look exactly a like, we have completely different hair colors, our whole life, completely different body shapes. I've always been thinner than her we have completely different attitudes, opinions so I don't know why you would think that had different dads because one had brown hair and one had Blonde hair.

***Im not a Shiner. I believe much was wrong in the Watts marriage and family, so lets start there. However, I have a legal background and many of these allegations are not ringing true or logical. I like to spend time on things that actually may be leading to something of substance or material. When I see an investigation or a person going down a rabbit hole I just have to speak up and voice an opinion. It’s only an opinion, but it’s worthy of reading. I am only about a quarter of the way through the video and just watching it for the first time. In regards to Nicole, the supposed friend, as you would refer to her, in summary, lying about diabetes, blackouts, and insulin. First of all, let’s look at it from Nicole‘s perspective. No doubt Shannon was a hypochondriac. If there’s doubt, bring it! because I think according to everything we’ve gleaned from witness statements, and social media posts, we can pretty much assume she has a hyper vigilance towards Health issues. So if Shannon tells Nicole she’s diabetic (amongst a plethora of other ailments ) and then the 911 operator or whomever Nicole is speaking to on the phone - automatically asks “ is she prone to seizures? Does she take insulin? “ But even before that, they would have asked if Shannon had any life-threatening illnesses. In Nicole‘s head she’s thinking “what will get the police to respond so this is not turning into a 24 hour must be missing before we do something Case? “ so any hypochondriac illness or emphasis on health scare or risk that would heighten the response of the police is something “that Nicole‘s going to propagate. It is what it is - I’ve seen so many people report a missing and endangered person whether it be due to Alzheimer’s or a young child or a person with a medical risk, always there is that conversation. Now in discovery, when they write that she’s not prone to seizures or insulin it could be that the operator asked Nicole, “have you known her to have a seizure?” And Nicole may have said, “no I have not.” It could be that simple and then it’s summarized here to look like this is affirming it. That’s just how it operates in a person‘s case or in a report that’s written by an emergency response team. you can’t really pick it apart, unless it’s a transcribed statement from Nicole. There’s so much here that’s missing and We can’t assume that she lied. There was a liar behind it and that liar lied to herself many times and that would be Shannon, the missing person. You also mentioned that Nicole was not Shannon‘s friend and that she instead, is a handler for Sandy. Well, maybe the association was gathered because Sandy met Nicole and Shannon and Nicole became friends later. But because Nicole was the manager she is still going to be friends with Shannon‘s mom. The fact that they weren’t friends doesn’t jive with some of the videos I’ve watched. I think they were both strong, willed and strong minded and there seems to be a little bit of tension in their relationship, but they also seem to care a lot about each other. I can’t find it in a reasonable persons standard to believe that this would all come as a result of, Sandy needing a handler. It just doesn’t make any sense and it’s not reasonable. It doesn’t flow correctly in my honest opinion. Also, the fact that the Ruzeks received money from the sale of the house - and maybe spawning a lot of these contentions and so it might be bleeding into, that sort of thinking. The last thing that I’m going to address here because I know this is a long one, is the mail collection by Nicole. This is totally fine. There’s no federal law that’s been violated here she had permission by one of the parties to collect the mail, the injured party would have to bring the case against her if there were a case and no prosecutor would take it in a district court and it’s not a federal crime when you have permission to collect mail. It doesn’t matter that Chris was married to Shannon unless he asked Nicole about it and she lied and said she wasn’t collecting the mail, but we don’t have any proof that that happened, so yes, as an agent, nicole can freely go and pick up mail for Shannon and considering they were in business together further substantiates that agency. The fact that Chris didn’t customarily deal with the bills is his own damn fault. It’s apparent there are elements of a crime missing here - I can assure you Nicole fetching Shannon and Chriss mail - it’s not a crime. These are red herrings and I don’t mean to be disrespectful because it’s easy to go down these rabbit holes, but there’s nothing here. I believe there’s a lot to this case, but these areas are not worthy of time and focus but then again, people are paying attention so for whatever it’s worth, hopefully everyone comes to the reasonable conclusion on many of these allegations. You often disclaim saying this is for entertainment and educational purposes only. The problem with this disclaimer is that you’re covering both education and entertainment. Entertainment is a completely different beast than education. You are basically saying don’t believe anything here but take it as something you can rely upon for Education in this case. The disclaimer cancels itself out. It’s either for educational purposes or it’s for entertainment purposes. It cannot legally be both… unless of course you are educating subscribers and viewers as to how to entertain? But I don’t think that’s what you’re doing here at least that’s not the characterization of your content.
