Luke this was great honestly. Didn't force anything smooth with your transitions. Hit probably the cleanest knee cut I've ever seen in my life. Sweeps were gorgeous. Well done.
That knee cut sure aint fundamental. It might be if you train under Leandro Lo, Jon Thomas or Wiltse/Pedigo. It sure looked on point though, awesome cut.
Congrats on the victory and gold medal. But the guy that got second place doesn't honestly seem to me a blue belt. I don't know if he was trying to wrestle. But still no attempts at all on head or hip control plus the innefective grips... Cheers though

Ref counted a bit slow on that mount after the first take down. Your hips were under both his arms. Just nit picking on 3rd playthrough.
