Don't smoke! I'm a smoker since i was 16 & i had cataracts when i was 53 last year! My mother had it when she was 82! I didn't eat a lot of fruit or veg either only small amounts & kept so,so fit,didn't go in the sun for long periods but didn't use proper sunglasses either. There you go folks,clues were there.

Been using the CAN C drops for a couple months….yeah….no real improvement in my post capsule cataracts. They do seem to smooth and help my dry eye symptoms though. Those and Cinereria drops. I plan on getting Cataract Surgery soon. Depends on how soon they can schedule and recoup time after…due to some upcoming gigs. Question: do all cataract surgeries involve an anesthesiologist for light sedation? I hope my doc’s does. Will find out this week!
