We stayed there late November 2019. Room was a bit small (smaller than yours). We ate at the buffet and cafe, both were delicious. Very convenient location. There’s also a really nice bar at the top level with AMAZING views of Tokyo. Would highly recommend.

They take their shoes off when they enter a dwelling like house, apartment and hotel room, etc. That is why the slippers were there. The amenities are always there in every hotel room. Japan has Disneyland. I would just take a walk throughout the hotel on my first day to get to know what there is in the hotel.
