The vibrating - demoulding (egg layer) concrete machine CGM is suitable for the production of vibrated concrete items, even reinforced, of any shape; the moulds mounted on the machine are changeable, customized, designed and created on the base of customer requirements.
The technology used on the machine CGM is the high frequency vibration of the concrete (DRY CAST) and the following demoulding of the concrete elements by the 180° mould rotation on the floor.

Over here in Spain we have one on the output of a embovedado drainage receiver to repair a problem that has been going on since 2008. They are not made for heavy duty usage and since the installation early this year it’s been perfect.

Some people put fiber in it to make it stronger, you can put calcium in it to speed up the curing time, idk what else you would really need. All concrete is sand gravel and cement. Your cement is the glue to hold it all together.

They all wasn't offset, they put wire in drives ways, there probably using fiber in it to. It really wasn't much of wire though.
