AKAI GX-95 MK II - recording and playback

- Hi it's me again, this time with the great AKAI GX-95 MK II cassette deck.
I recorded something on a Maxell XLII-S tape and reproduced it after that. I can't hear any difference between the source and the recorded sound.Can you hear any difference?
Sorry for the noise in the background my camera microphone is very bad. In real life there is absolutly no noise.
Hallo ich bin es wieder, dieses Mal mit dem großartigen AKAI GX-95 MK II Kassettendeck.
Ich nahm etwas auf einem Maxell XLII-S Band auf und reproduzierte es danach. Ich höre keinen Unterschied zwischen der Quelle und der Aufnahme. Hört ihr einen Unterschied?
Verzeiht mir das Hintergrundrauschen das kommt vom schlechten Kameramicrofon.
In echt hört man überhaupt kein rauschen.

AKAI -это Эпоха, котрая вроде ушла. Но нет - такой красивый дизайн, крутящиеся кассеты, мигающие индикаторы... Всё это в памяти людей, этот кайф- уйти не может. Потому - ждём перевоплощения этой техники в 21 веке.

How is the MKII different from the regular GX-95?
The main differences between GX-95 MKII and GX-95 are that there are a couple of improvements made in GX-95 MKII. Another arrangement of parts on the mainboard, the frequency response is better on MKII the vibration absorbing inside the door is improved and so on. You can google the exact differences anytime.

Akai Glass head is an excellent invention....The question is what happened to Akai and why it sold to China ....
AKAI made in the end of 80ies some wrong decision regarding Market and it´s evolution. Added to Missmanagement in Japan. Worldwide no homogen Marketing, and at least too late in Digital technology. this is not only AKAI but a lot of others comparable makers have disappeared for more or less same reasons. My first Amp (AM2450) and cassette deck(GXF35) was from AKAI. Both are still in my possession after more than 44 Years.😁 Nowdays, AKAI is only a name. Was a time under "Grand Holding" together with SANSUI and NACKAMICHI. But I think, now AKAI is a Independent, but this is of no importance on the market. The equipment sold under the AKAI brand are only basic products manufactured by subcontractors. There are no more Ing. and no more manufacturing. Too bad, AKAI was in the fact innovative even if they're not allways the best in terms of sound.

Boa noite . meu sonho era comprar um deck Akai GX 95 -MK só que eu não comprei ainda porque eu não tenho condições financeiras pra poder adquirir um deck desse.

Eu gostaria de ter um tep deck de leds com volume ou Sony ,Akai Pioneer ,teac , tascam com volume .. até porque os que foram fabricados na década do Anos 1980 a 1990 não se acha mais peças para arrumar.as fabricas fecharam , a gradiente a polivox e a CCE , que tinham ótimos decks.na época
