Bought an Excellent F4 SRD from Mathew! A true gentleman in the Trade. A man with immense knowledge of FH and patience. I took about two hours to decide on the fish, he was patient to show me all the fishes side by side and add all of them in the same tank.
At all times, he was comfortable to let me stay in the room and watch each fish for close to two hours before I made a decision. He is very upfront and will provide honest feedback when suggesting a fish.
During my time at the store, we had another buyer who was looking for a budget FH, Mathew patiently explained to them with budget fish, what you get is what you pay for. He never falsely promised the customer stating it will be a monster KOK or VIP fish later. He said it's based on quality and genes. He did not try to sugar-coat or trick the customer into buying the fish.
He values customers and treats them like friends, would love to go back to the store just to spend time with this gentleman!
