This is the best talk I've seen about this topic. Thank you for being so clear about the costs to our humanity and our relationship to God if we don't prioritize and uplift chastity as a joyful choice. I am glad for your hopefulness too.

Didn't Paul say also if you burn with lust you should marry? That's a telling statement. And Adam he didn't look upon Eve with lust and his own gratification? But yet in the end he did get gratification out of her?
And I think it's a bigger issue than just men just looking at porn, There's a lot of men that try to approach women, and are basically rejected, time and time again just for a date. So they become so disenchanted with the search for a relationship so they go to porn, a lot of men complain that the women are very unapproachable and have a lot of unattainable standards. And teen sexuality doesn't mean that that's always a good thing because it's dropping It just means boys are filling that gap with porn ( It's like you said earlier the kid that watched 20 hours of porn everyday on the weekends, doesn't have an inclination or time to find a girlfriend, and If porn was as accessible as it is now when I was a kid I probably wouldn't have been chasing too many girls around either? ) It's like rape cases are on decline because of the amount of porn That's accessible and variety.
"And have a kid right away in marriage really get know each other quick" that's stupid advice. I certainly wouldn't use your advice as barometer on how I would conduct, my sex life in my marriage - considering the first few years of marriage are Huge struggle to newly weds, and than compound a kid into into it?
NFP hypocrisy, NFP is hypocritical ,and because you’re to utilize only the infertile times of a woman's cycle but what's the problem with that and why is it hypocritical ? Because well first of all the name is a fraud of natural family planning, is it natural ? Women will most couples have to do to make this say a functional method of birth control is to utilize things like a thermometers or fertility monitors with test strips and so you bring into the marriage bed all this science, and all this technology and all these tools to determine infertile times so that NFP will actually work, because if you don't ,and for most people it simply doesn't work, So it's not natural to the effect that most women have to have all these scientific technological interventions to issue Humane Vitae.
So it's a fraud or another level too because as you perform NFP which is not easy by the way as you perform it you were being very deliberate, and how you're behaving and acting such that people who are very serious about it can't even share a bed with their wife during certain times of the month because they don't want to become physically involved, and then they will have an accident, So your behaving very deliberately to do what ? Putting forth a lot of energy and effort to avoid conception, and in Latin we would say its contraception, natural family planning, is contraception, period. If you approach married life to avoid conception and if you pull that off it doesn't matter what method you use, your intention was sinful. So does it really matter what weapon you choose? If the intent is murder and you pull it off? You've committed the sin ,If it is a sin to avoid pregnancy it doesn't matter what method you use . ( If you're going to sit on the floor and play a game or cards , instead of having sex when you want to have sex with your wife, or husband, think about it?)
But you might say, well the intentional hypothetical murder the weapon doesn't matter? and one more objection I've heard is that natural family planning is a non-act because you're abstaining, it's non- act your abstaining in relations for long periods of time, and everyone knows it's anything but a non-act, you are trying to reign in a force, a primal urge that overcomes most people, So if you're able to do it you were certainly acting. But also I would say that well you can commit that same murder we were talking about. You can commit that by a non-act as well for instance by not giving life-giving care to somebody or not feeding somebody, You can commit murder.
You can commit murder by a non act so don't tell me that you get off because nfp is a non act, So because there's a failure mode that oftentimes the method fails because condoms fail too. ( Nfp is a form of contraception and when it's performed properly it's more effective than a condoms) People get pregnant on every type of contraception, So my point would be this that if the intent of foregoing children is not wrong it doesn't matter which method you use, but it's the intent is wrong and it is sinful it also doesn't matter which method you use So your damned if you do or don't.
You know to be absolutely consistent you cannot inject the logical fallacy of special pleading into this scenario to be logically consistent, you have to say if the intent is wrong it doesn't matter then the method, if does matter, and if the intent is not wrong also the method doesn't matter. Don't get wrapped around in the axle about natural family planning, if you're struggling with this, if it's ruining your marriage, just give it up, and stop worrying about it. I guarantee you nobody is going to hell because they used a condom. The people that are telling you this are inappropriate with children, so consider the source?

Jason needs a whole lot of egg cartons on his walls. I found the high level of reverb difficult to listen to. Tim's audio was perfect.
