The weird sand/gravel thing was probably because the game tries to spawn sand, gravel, and clay underwater. It ended up spawning it in one block deep water, putting it on the surface. The ice was just the frost walker on the gold boots
Either that or it might have been that the sand and gravel blocks that it generates as the shore blocks generated in the same spot in one block deep water

Nah, in the game config files, clay can spawn 3 blocks away from a water source as long as it is landlocked. The only reason it looked unique is because of the pattern :)

You should have been able to only make clones of yourself, and had them replicate your actions, armor, everything.
i agree with the tools and armor, but not the actions. let them follow u around, attack with u, help u mine, things like that. like multiplayer but ur friend never leaves u.

Considering I’ve been playing Minecraft for about seven years now I have came across that and a lot of the vanilla worlds that is almost a one in 1000 chance of getting consider you guys lucky :-)
This turned out to be a LOT more fun than I expected ... and I expected a lot of it!!!

that "strange" thing is a micro biome they are glitches in the seed it's when two values are the same when the terrain value matches its own biome but in two spots in a world. EDIT the ice is from water that was there then your frost walker turned it to ice

manhunt idea: minecraft manhunt, but tool damages are swapped. for example, a pickaxe could deal the damage of an axe, and vice versa, but it doesnt display that. you could even swap any item.
The sand gravel ice thing was weird the sand and gravel are just world spawn but the ice was your frost walker boots

FYI if you go to 9, Y, 9 on the chunks in the f3 menu when you are on the X on a buried treasure map you can dig down and get the chest every time

i think that weird terrain gereration was a 3 block long and 1 block wide ocean biome which froze because of your frost walker, surrounded by a beach explaining the sand. The gravel is there because a gravel disk generated in the middel of the ocean in which most of the gravel got replaced by sand. But there is no way to know for sure without going there and using f3. sooooooo whats the seed?
You should have made it to where they pick up weapons. Like zombies. They can use swords and armor to kill. Also you should make it to where they are always on your team, even if they spawn it.
Perhaps try this again, except with better AI. That way, you can more effectively confuse them.
Should have been able to give the clones armor to make it more confusing!
