Twist idea: the hunters are immortal again BUT whenever they get to half a heart, their luck gets worse and/or yours gets better. Or maybe you just get op loot or a potion effect or something.

Minecraft Manhunt: Getting unique achievements grants positive potion effects.
Hunters can do it too, but if they get the same achievement that will get a negative one. So they got to find a unique one.
I think the most amusing thing about this is that the hunters natural instinct is to flee when boosfer goes for them with intent even when they literally cannot die and they constantly forget they are in fact immortal

Here's another idea, when the hunter(s) are at full health, they are buffed, but when they're at low health, they're weakened.
Buffed being like speed 1 (and maybe strength 1)
Weakened being like slowness 1 (and maybe weakness 1)
Anytime between full health and low health they'll have no buffs or debuffs
I like that but I think it'd be a bit more fun if the runner gets buffed when they are low

@@lochiegriffiths4712 yeah but Boosfer almost always gets them low before he does in his vids so the debuff when they are low would just make the hunters have a harder time... if it was to be a challenge for the runner I'd do "buff the runners for how many hearts they are missing up to max level Potion buffs and reduce damage to half a heart max at 3 hearts or lower" which would not only make the runner have a much harder time but would also be amazing for the hunters
Edit: excluding regen potion effect otherwise that just wouldn't work, but things like beds and tnt would do atleast a heart when they are at 3 or below since that just makes sense
While this power is great in the start, if you manage to trap your hunter in a way that would normally kill them, they could be stuck permanently, like if you knock them into the void

This has to be the best manhunt Boosfer has delivered ever, it's hilarious, is has a lot of tension (all kinds), really interesting fights and the twist is really simple yet chages the entire gameplay

I feel like the hunter(s) in this should have an item in their inventory that instantly kills them for in case they get stuck, like if they fall into void or get stuck underground without a pickaxe. But the hunters will also lose all of their items except for the item that kills them.

This is why twists that benefit the hunters can be so much more fun. :)

Idea: Minecraft with Immortal Hunters, but every time one of the Hunters gets to half heart, you gain a permanent positive effect. Maybe different effects per Hunter.
Immortality can make people careless (see Deadpool) and you could end up with Strength 90 by the End and one shot the dragon.
